Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid right away. If using a gift certificate to pay for your appointment, that amount will be forfeited as your cancellation fee. Exceptions may be made to this policy, with prior arrangements.

 

We have gift certificates available for purchase. All standard G.C are valid for 2 years from the purchase date per Ohio Law. If they are a special sale, Black Friday, Christmas, etc... The expiration date will be adjustable, by the provider for an amount that they choose and does not have to be valid for 2 years . You MUST hold onto your G.C and bring the original copy in to redeem. We are NOT responsible for lost gift certificates. There are no refunds on gift certificates. Anytime a gift certificate is used to pay for an appointment, and you no show, or cancel that appointment outside of our cancellation window, you will not be able to use that gift certificate. Those funds will be forfeited. G.C are purchased for the amount before taxes, the recipient of a gift certificate will pay tax and any amount due over the gift amount! 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. All no shows are considered after 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If using a gift certificate, these funds will also be forfeited as your cancellation fee. They may also lose the opportunity to book a massage in the future with CP Massage And Wellness. A no-show list will then be created with their name. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

HSA/FSA disclaimer 

We accept HSA/FSA. Just because an account is enabled to accept HSA or FSA payments, doesn’t guarantee a card won’t still be declined. Card issuers are still at liberty to authorize or decline any payment as they would with any other type of credit card. It is your responsibility to know if your provider accepts that form of payment for your services.
